Sopwith F.1 Camel Biplane

Description

The British single-seated fighter Sopwith F.1 Camel was very successful in World War I. Due to its revolving cylinder engine it was difficult and dangerous to fly. More students died while learning to fly this plane then where killed in the field. The standard power plant was a CLERGET 9B engine with 130 hp which was good for a maximum speed of 115 mph.
